We had water running in our furnace!! Dallas was called by MR Furnace + Duct Cleaning, Dallas showed up within a half hour and fixed the situation. Professional and prompt service!!

We had a fabulous experience with Gary, Dallas, Shayla and the team at Trusted Plumbing. We called when our furnace wasn’t working and not only did they troubleshoot over the phone after hours, but once it was up and running, they continually followed up to ensure we were kept in the loop while we waited for parts for our furnace. Gary was friendly and knowledgeable and extremely helpful. We highly recommend Trusted Plumbing and will be using them in the future!

Trusted Plumbing recently provided phenomenal service during the cold snap we had the week before Christmas when my furnace went down. Dallas and his apprentice came out and spent more than six hours troubleshooting until they eventually determined my five year old furnace had a cracked heat exchanger. Although very disappointing news, Dallas made replacing it an absolute priority. He organized his crew to come back the next day and completely switch over to a new furnace including relocating the rooftop plumbing to a better location to avoid icing issues.
These gentlemen were exceptionally professional.
Dallas also took the time to explain and answer questions about what he did to ensure I felt comfortable with everything.
I would 100% recommend Trusted Plumbing!

We were very impressed with the service we received from the two men that came to our house. We needed 3 toilets removed and 3 new toilets to be installed. They arrived at the time they said they would be here. They were very efficient and knowledgeable. They had to move a water line and they had the materials to do it. They cleaned up when they were done, took the old toilets, and also took all the packing boxes from the new toilets. We would recommend them. And if we needed a plumber again, we would use them.

Once again Dallas and Trusted Plumbing and Heating has come through for us!! A call on a Saturday about an issue with our old furnace and Monday morning, we have a new furnace. Now that's service!! A friend was asking about good plumbers. I listed a few reputable ones, and said under no circumstance would I hire or advise in hiring Trusted Plumbing and Heating. I mentioned that I left a review after what was a simple simple fix turned into a $1100 job. I had to hire a far better plumber to fix his overpriced mistakes not long after. Never in my experience have I seen someone bill a client to unload their entire work truck, with tools they never used. As I told my friend, if Trusted Plumbing and Heating was the last "plumbing" company out there, I would rather let my basement fill with raw sewage.
One star because that's the lowest I could go. Really, one star is one too many.
